Returns & Refund Policy

Soul Talks is committed to providing quality spiritual services and authentic products to our valued customers. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds will be processed. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. General Terms
This policy applies to all physical products (crystals, amulets, spiritual kits, etc.) and digital or service-based offerings (tarot readings, astrology consultations, chakra cleansing, etc.). Due to the nature of our services, refund eligibility differs for each category.
2. Return Policy for Physical Products
We accept returns and exchanges for physical products under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all included accessories.
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products delivered.
- Personalized or customized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Products
- Crystals and energized spiritual products, once used.
- Items that have been altered, worn, or damaged by the customer.
- Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers.
Return Process
Customers must email support@soultalks.co with the order number, photos of the product, and a reason for the return.
Upon approval, customers will receive a Return Authorization Code (RAC) and return shipping instructions.
The return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Upon receipt and inspection, eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Refund Policy for Services
Due to the nature of our services, we follow a strict no-refund policy for consultations, rituals, and other spiritual services. However, refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
- If a consultation session is not delivered due to unforeseen circumstances from our end, a full refund will be provided.
- If a booking is canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session, a partial refund (75%) may be processed.
- In case of technical issues preventing delivery of a digital service, we may offer either a refund or a rescheduled session.
- If a customer is dissatisfied with a service, we offer a complimentary follow-up session rather than a refund.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@soultalks.co with details of the concern.
4. Cancellation Policy
For Physical Products
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to shipping status. If the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
For Services
Astrology, tarot, and healing sessions: Cancellation requests received at least 48 hours before the appointment may qualify for a partial refund (75%).
Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
- We allow exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
- Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a store credit or refund will be offered.
- Customers must return the original item before receiving the replacement.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account or payment method used.
- Contact your credit card company; refunds may take time to be processed.

7. Disputes and Legal Considerations
Any disputes arising from this policy shall be governed by the laws of Karnataka State, India.
In case of any legal claims, the jurisdiction shall be limited to the courts of Karnataka, India.
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website.
